01
Week 1

Discovery

We start with a kickoff call to align on your goals, audience, and vision. I'll send a project intake form beforehand so we hit the ground running.

02
Week 2

Strategy

Before a single pixel gets pushed, we map out the plan. Sitemap, content structure, brand positioning — all documented and agreed upon.

03
Week 3-4

Design

I design in Figma so you can see the full picture before anything is built. Two rounds of revisions, clear feedback windows, no chaos.

04
Week 4-6

Build

Your approved design gets built in Webflow, WordPress, or Squarespace — whichever fits your needs. Fully structured, mobile-first, fast-loading, and SEO-ready.

05
Week 6-7

Launch

QA, cross-browser testing, staging review, go-live. I walk you through everything and hand off the keys with a recorded tutorial.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does a typical project take?

Web design 5–9 weeks. Brand identity 3–4 weeks. Timelines depend on feedback speed and scope.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds are included. Additional rounds can be added at an hourly rate.

What do you need from me to get started?

A completed intake form, any existing brand assets, and clarity on your goals.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — 50% upfront, 50% at launch. Larger projects can be split into 3 milestones. Monthly retainer arrangements are also available for ongoing support and creative work.

Can I update my site after launch?

Yes. Your site is built with a CMS so you can update content yourself. You also get a walkthrough video at handoff so you know exactly how everything works.

What about AI — can't I just build it myself?

Yes, absolutely. But AI generates generic — it doesn't know your business, your customer, or what makes you different. The real work is knowing what's right for your brand and why. Beyond that, most clients don't want to spend their evenings debugging a website. They want to focus on what they're actually good at. That's where I come in.
